On the afternoon of April 16, a five-member delegation led by Professor Lee Jeong-geon, Director of the Global MBA Program at Sogang University Graduate School of Business, visited Gengdan Institute to further enhance in-depth exchanges between the two institutions in international talent cultivation and project collaboration. The delegation was accompanied by Ms. Xing Junying, Director of the Teaching Affairs Office; Ms. Shan Wenbo, Deputy Dean of the International Business School; Ms. Liu Ziwei, a faculty member of management in Marketing; Mr. Zhu Jiangyi, Project Manager of the International Office; and Ms. Gong Chen, who attended the meeting.

At the outset of the meeting, both parties exchanged briefings on their respective institutions’ development profiles, distinctive educational features, and internationalization strategies. The Graduate School of Business Management at Sogang University in South Korea highlighted its Global MBA program's training model, curriculum framework, and international enrollment status, emphasizing its AACSB-accredited status as a university with a global perspective and practice-oriented approach in business education. Meanwhile, Gengdan Institute provided a comprehensive overview of applied talent cultivation, international exchange initiatives, and student development pathways, showcasing its recent achievements in internationalized education.

During the in-depth exchange session, both parties engaged in thorough discussions on specific collaboration areas including joint student training programs, master's degree advancement pathways, and short-term academic exchange initiatives. Participants conducted detailed exchanges regarding curriculum alignment, program design frameworks, and student participation in master's degree courses. They reached preliminary consensus on establishing multi-level and diversified cooperation in the business sector, laying a solid foundation for advancing substantive collaboration in the future.

Following the meetings, the visiting guests toured the 2026 International Design Graduation Project Exhibition, the Ancient Architecture Art Gallery, and the Cherry Blossom Avenue, gaining an in-depth understanding of the educational facilities and distinctive teaching approaches. The representatives highly praised the excellent campus environment and its international-oriented educational philosophy.
